Our house provides only beds without meals.

【Peak Season Fee】

* We rent BBQ equipment set for 4,000 JPY including charcoal.
A white big table and benches are always on the rooftop terrace. Additional chairs and folding table needs to be set and removed by yourself. BBQ equipment cleaning fee is included in the cost. Please read the detail in Option page.
From the elementary school kids, we charge an adult fee.
Since above fee changes by a day, please ask a quote.
Payment method is only Credit Card.
After the reservation, we charge 20% of the accommodation fee upfront. When the 20% fee is paid, the reservation is fixed. The rest of fee is charged in one week before the stay.

Reservation Step
【１】Tentative reservation
From the reservation form, please fill in requested detail and submit.
After the tentative reservation is reached to us, we will send an email for the reservation steps.
Accommodation fee is also sent via email after the tentative reservation request.
【２】Payment
Tentative reservation is 7days. Please pay the accommodation fee within 7days by credit card.
If you prefer wiring to our bank, we will inform you our bank information.
【３】Fixed Reservation
After our confirmation of your credit card payment, your reservation is fixed.
We email you the fixed reservation and accommodation detail.
【４】Arrival
After the fixed reservation, we will inform you our house guide (how to enter a house and use equipment) detail.
